Trade Workflows Incorporated ("WorkFlow OS," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through our website at tradeworkflows.com, workflowos.tech, and workflowos.pro (collectively, the "Site"), and through the WorkFlow OS waitlist and contact forms, how we use it, and the choices you have.

When you join the waitlist or contact us, we collect the information you submit directly, which may include:

Name and email address
Company name and phone number
Crew size and any message you choose to include

We also automatically collect limited technical information through standard web server logs (such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited) for security and site-performance purposes.

To respond to waitlist signups and contact inquiries
To schedule onboarding calls or product demonstrations
