The Site provides information about WorkFlow OS, a field service management product under development for HVAC contractors, and allows visitors to join a waitlist or contact our team. WorkFlow OS is currently in a pre-launch / early-access stage, and features, pricing, and availability described on the Site may change.
You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of, or restrict or inhibit the use of, the Site by any third party. Prohibited activities include, without limitation:
Joining the waitlist does not guarantee access to WorkFlow OS or any specific pricing. Launch pricing referenced on the Site (including discounted Starter, Growth, and Pro rates) is offered at our discretion, for a limited number of early-adopter accounts, and may be modified, extended, or discontinued at any time prior to a binding subscription agreement being executed.
All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, the WorkFlow OS name and mark, and the status-ring logo — is the property of Trade Workflows Incorporated or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from this content without our prior written consent.
Content on the Site is provided for general informational purposes about WorkFlow OS and is not a substitute for professional, legal, accounting, or business advice specific to your circumstances.
The Site may reference third-party services (such as QuickBooks or Stripe) for context about planned integrations. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third-party services.
The Site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
